Abstract: 

Introduction: Supportive supervision is one of the effective tools for assisting managers and health workers toward increasing efficacy and effectiveness of service delivery and the needed health care of the target groups. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of supportive supervision in improving the performance quality of Ilam’s province health system network. Materials & Methods: This is a semi-experimental study and the sample consisted of all members of supervision teams who work in the eight district health networks at the provincial level. The research intervention involved an educational program for the supervision teams conducted via a workshop method. By determining the relevant indicators, different domains related to developing and implementing health programs at the level of health centers were compared before and after the intervention. The data were collected using a designed checklist.Findings: There was a significant difference (P<0.01) between the mean performance of the supervision teams before the intervention and after it due to the effect of supervision training in areas such as determining the situation analysis, priority setting of the problems, introducing appropriate soluteions, developing operational plans and evaluating the health programs’ effecttiveeness.Discussion & Conclusion: This study showed that implementing supportive supervision program has a significant effect on improving supervision teams’ performance. Due to the effect of using this supervision model in raising knowledge and performance of the health network supervision teams and ultimately improving health indicators, its implementation might have an important role in increasing the efficacy of health system which results in the improvement and development of the level of community health.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

با این که مفهوم بهره وری همیشه مورد بحث بوده، اما اغلب در آن ابهام وجود داشته و درک آن مشکل بوده است. در عمل، این همان فقدان دانشی است که نتیجه نادیده گرفته شدن نفوذ بهره وری در فرآیندهای تولیدی توسط برخی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد معنی اصلی بهره وری و همچنین ارتباط آن با واژه های مشابه دیگر است که می تواند در مباحث تعاون نیز بکار برده شود. یافته ها نتیجه بررسی بهره وری بر اساس ادبیات دهه گذشته می باشد. مقاله توضیح می دهد که چگونه محققان ابهام مفهوم بهره وری را توضیح داده و یک واژه شناسی جدید برای آن ارائه می نمایند.

Abstract: 

ALL THE MARITIME training EXPERTS BELIEVE THAT QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS HAVE POSITIVE EFFECTS ON INCREASING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. FOR THIS REASON, THE IMO (INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION) OBLIGED THE EXECUTION OF 1.8 REGULATION OF STCW CONVENTION. BUT, AFTER SOME YEARS IMPLEMENTING THE CONVENTION AND GAINING EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY SYSTEM ESTABLISHMENT, SOME DIFFERENCES WERE DETECTED IN training centers BETWEEN IMPLEMENTATION PRINCIPLES AND RIGHT UNDERSTANDING OF QUALITY SYSTEMS. SO, THE PRESENT RESEARCH IS AIMED TO FIND THE ORIGIN OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DIFFERENCES BY CASTING SOME QUESTIONS. ALSO, IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED THAT WITH COMPREHENSIVE DEFINING THE PRELIMINARY PRINCIPLES FOR ALL THE SYSTEMS IN training centers, AN EFFICIENT STEP CAN BE PUT FOR ELEVATING THE QUALITY LEVEL OF training. Abstract: 

performance appraisal plays an important role in determining faults and difficulties of any organization. Technical and Vocational training is incurring heavy expenses in every country. This study presents the development of a conceptual framework which aims to assess Technical and Vocational training centers from multiple perspectives. The level of efficiency in Technical and Vocational training centers is a good criterion to understand how they consume their resources. In this research, relative efficiency of 13 Technical and Vocational training centers of Yazd in the Persian calendar year 2010-2011 is calculated using data envelopment analysis technique (DEA) and balanced scorecard (BSC). BSC has been used as a tool to design performance appraisal indexes in four perspectives (financial, Customers, internal processes, learning and growth). DEA, as a non-parametric method, is one of the most important and significant management tools for measurement of outputs or efficiency and ranking. On this basis, Sadoogh center had 100% efficiency in all four perspectives of BSC, and Taft center with .592 efficiency had the lowest one. Total performance score of centers is 0.869 in the financial perspective, 0.848 in customer, 0.763 in internal processes, and 0.733 in learning and growth. By integrating the BSC and the DEA approach this research helps to identify where there is room to improve organizational performance and points out opportunities for reciprocal learning between centers (DMUs). This article provides a set of recommendations relating to successful application of DEA and its integration with BSC, in order to promote a continuous learning process to present solutions for improvement of performance quality levels of inefficient units in those four perspectives and also to determine the most productivity scale size (MPSS) in any perspective for inefficient centers.

Abstract: 

The present research was conducted to evaluate the quality of training services in maritime training centers of Khuzestan province (including DARYAYE DOOR, SERAJ DARYA and DARYA PEIMAYE GENAVE). For this purpose, SURVQUAL model was used. The research is of descriptive-field study type for which 110 trainees of maritime training centers of Khuzestan province were selected via stratified random sampling method in 2011. The standard SURVQUAL questionnaire, including two parts of personal specifications and the quintuple dimensions of quality of training services, was applied to collect the required data. There were quality gaps in all dimensions of training services. The highest mean of quality gap was observed in the responsiveness dimension (-1.23) after which the reliability (-1.98), physical (-1.05), and sympathy (-0.98) dimensions were placed, respectively. The least mean of gap belonged to the assurance dimension (-0.88). The trainees’ expectations were beyond their perceptions of the existing situation and none of their expected dimensions of services were met.

Abstract: 

In our learning centers the instructors does not perform an educational role, nor does the student play an active role in the learning of materials, whereas, the learner should study the material before attending the class. He should make himself familiar with concepts, theories, laws and principles regarding each subject and express them in the language intimate to himself. The instructor’s duty is to conduct the learners and to solve the difficulties and ambiguities they encounter.Using this method, the learners will gradually be familiar with the logical manner of facing the problems, and this method strengthens their ability to follow the reason and avoid the prejudice. They also learn, in educational terms, how to contain their feelings and how to establish rational, sincere, and participatory relationships with others.

Abstract: 

Focusing on quality and expansion of skill education to train creative and skill ful human resources has had a significant increase over the last years. In this regard, creating E-training centers is among issues that should be carefully considered by training authorities. In this paper, evaluating different models for E-readiness, relying on comparative studies, and analyzing data obtained from national studies, a comprehensive conceptual framework has been designed to study e-training readiness in the country. The achieved model includes three main dimensions: “hard infrastructure readiness”, “soft provisions readiness”, “supervision, and arrangements readiness”, as well as fifteen indexes which offer a comprehensive model to the countries training system and define its position in the development of mass scaled E-learning.

Abstract: 

This s tudy sought to determine the extent to which intellectual capital affects the performance of citrus education of researchers at the Mazandaran Agricultural Research and training Center This s tudy sought to determine the extent to which intellectual capital affects the performance of researchers in the Mazandaran Agricultural Research and training Center in the field of citrus training. This research is considered as an exploratory descriptive research in terms of applied purpose and as a descriptive research in terms of visibility. The s tatis tical population also included all helper researchers, numbering 146 people, of which, using Cochran's formula, 110 people were selected as a sample, and with the proportional allocation formula, the share of each center in each city from the sample volume was determined and calculated. To formulate the theoretical framework of the research, the method of documentary s tudy and search through electronic sources and to collect data through interviews and s tandard intellectual capital ques tionnaire based on Bontis and Holland model and a researcher-made ques tionnaire of educational performance has been used. For data analysis, correlation matrix, diagnos tic factor analysis, sequential regression and modeling of s tructural equations were used using SMART-PLS software. The results showed that the factor s tructure and measurement model designed to measure the factors with the data had a good fit. The coefficient of intellectual capital path on the performance of helper researchers was equal to 0. 245 and the value of t was equal to 2. 637. Path analysis showed that at the error level of P = 0. 05, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the performance of researchers in the Mazandaran Agricultural Research and training Center in the field of citrus production.
